Each show lists its performances, the venue it plays in, the seats each performance holds, and which Zeffy ticket rate sells it. The Box Office and door check-in read this the moment you save.
How a show is set up
- Load from Zeffy lists every ticketing campaign and the rates that have sold. Create show from this campaign then builds the show, its performances and its rates in one go.
- A rate sells exactly one performance. That mapping, not the date Zeffy stamped on the order, decides which night a ticket counts against.
- A rate appears only once a ticket has sold on it. For a brand-new show, run a $1 test order in Zeffy first.
- Seats per performance follow the show's venue. Rooms and their seat maps are set up on the Venues page.
- Delete show and Remove take a second tap and only change this setup. Zeffy sales are untouched, but the Box Office and check-in stop labelling those tickets.
