Door Check-In — Quick Guide
Everything you need to work the door.
Enter the check-in codeJust once on this iPad.
Check the teal banner — it shows which night you're checking in. Make sure it's the right night.
Find the guest — scroll, or type any part of their name in the search box.
Tap the name (or the circle) to check them in. The whole party turns teal with a check.
Only some of the party arrived? Use – / + to set how many. Tapped the wrong person? Tap Undo at the bottom of the screen, or tap the name again.
It saves automatically. A “not yet saved” note may show on a weak signal. That's fine; it finishes on its own. Every iPad stays in sync.
A comp tag just means a free ticket — check them in the same way.
Someone just bought tickets? Tap ↻ Refresh to pull them into the list right away.
