Setting up a show
Once per production, before tickets go on sale.
Venues The spaces where Rise performs and the house of record for each production: the seat map, what every seat can see, and how a general admission house might fill. Who uses itLeadership. Set a room up once and every show reuses it. Shows Add a production and its performances, point it at a room, and say which Zeffy ticket rate sells which night. Everything else reads this. Before the night
Once the show is on sale.
Reservations Seats held for sponsors and volunteers, and other occasional blocks. Add a person here, and they get their own code and a link that allows them to reserve their seats. Who uses itLeadership, then sponsors and volunteers themselves. Self-service closes two hours before curtain. Access Who can open which of these tools? Make a code for the door team, the board, or another admin. See it again later, and turn it off when it should expire. Who uses itLeadership. Door codes change with every show. -
On the night
Thirty minutes before curtain, in the lobby.
Check-in The door list of performance guests. Find a family by name and tap them in, including when only part of the party has arrived. Works across several iPads at once.
